HOW IT ALL STARTED
places for the last 15 years. From chain to 5-star cuisine, we have tried it all! The beginning of Romero's Taco Truck was also the beginning of an experience of delicious and savory Mexican food. All dishes are made from scratch with fresh ingredients prepared every morning. After several years of taste testing, our Taco Truck has perfected a recipe that is used across all locations and services.
