The Romero family has experimented and explored different spices and dishes from various spaces for the last 15 years. From localy owned to 5-star cuisine, the Romero family has tried it all! The beginning of Romero's taco truck was also the beginning of an experience of delicious and savory Mexican food in March of 2020. After several years of taste testing, Romero's Taco Truck has perfected a recipe that is used across all locations and services. All dishes are made from scratch with fresh ingredients prepared every morning. Romero's is located in 5 different locations including a restaurant in the greenfield area.
